| Deposit Requirement | A non-refundable deposit of $25 per package is required prior to service commencement for first-time customers only. |
| Trash Removal Fee | An additional fee may be applied for excessive trash removal, based on the volume and nature of debris. Members are excluded from this fee. |
| Trunk Cleaning Fee | An additional fee will be charged for cleaning trunks, depending on size and condition. Members are excluded from this fee. |
| Out of Area Fee | An additional fee will be applied for service locations exceeding 20 miles from our base, based on distance and travel requirements. |
| Pet Hair Removal Fee | An additional fee starting at $30 may be applied for pet hair removal, depending on severity. This fee may be dismissed at the technician's discretion. |
| Car Seat Same Day Delivery Fee | A $10 fee applies for same-day car seat delivery requests, if approved. |
| Car Seat Next Day Delivery Fee | A $5 fee applies for next-day car seat delivery requests, if approved. This fee is waived for members. |
| Cancellation Fee | A $30 cancellation fee applies if an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. For first-time customers, this fee will be added to their next appointment. For members, a $10 fee will be added to their next appointment. |
| Membership Eligibility | Clients may become members only after paying for one prior detail package. This requirement may be waived at the technician's discretion. |
| Booking | All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance through the booking portal, unless made over the phone or agreed upon in person. No same-day bookings or day-before bookings are accepted. |
| No Refunds | All services are final once completed. |
| Membership Payments | Withdrawals occur on the 1st and 15th of each month, unless clients opt to pay with cash in person. |
| No Harassment or Haggling | We maintain a respectful work environment. Prices are non-negotiable. |
| Payment Methods | We accept payments only through the Vizy Pays dual card and cash pricing processing system. No Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or any other payment processing company is accepted. |
